CLEAR COLORS. CLEAR POLICIES.
Your play.
Your privacy.
This policy describes the current Chroma Mix app and this website.
Last updated:
Your game progress stays on your device. The app sends optional anonymous gameplay statistics, which you can turn off. This website has no analytics or tracking scripts.
1. Game data stored on your device
Chroma Mix saves your level progress, stars, daily results and streaks, missions, earned sparkles, unlocked bottle styles, liquid effects, and preferences locally on your device. Tutorial progress and sound, haptic, and privacy settings are also stored locally.
The app has no sign-in, player account, or developer-operated cloud sync. We do not receive a copy of your saved game. Standard device backups may be managed by Apple according to your settings; they are not controlled by Chroma Mix.
2. Optional anonymous usage reporting
Chroma Mix uses TelemetryDeck to understand which puzzles and features work well. “Share anonymous usage” is on by default and can be switched off at any time in the app’s Settings → Privacy.
Reports include events such as starting, completing, restarting, or leaving a level; using a hint or an extra bottle; playing Color Lab; and unlocking a style with earned sparkles. They may include the app version, level number, puzzle surprises, moves, time spent, attempts, hints, and undo counts.
All players share the same generic user value. The app creates a random session identifier for each launch, keeps it in memory, and does not save it between launches. The app does not send your name, email address, advertising identifier, persistent device identifier, location, contacts, or photos.
As with any network service, TelemetryDeck receives connection information necessary to process a request, such as an IP address. Its handling and retention are governed by its own privacy policy. Turning off reporting stops future events; it does not remove past aggregate statistics. Because reports do not identify an individual player, we cannot look up a specific player’s history.
3. No advertising tracking
Chroma Mix does not contain advertising SDKs, access your advertising identifier, or track your activity across other companies’ apps and websites. Anonymous gameplay reporting is used to improve the puzzle experience, not to build an advertising profile.
4. This website and its mini puzzle
This site does not use analytics, tracking scripts, third-party embeds, or tracking cookies. The interactive mini puzzle runs in your browser. Its board and moves are kept only in memory, are not submitted to us, and reset when the page is reloaded.
The website hosting service may process ordinary request information, such as an IP address and browser information, to deliver the site and maintain security. Following an external link, including TelemetryDeck or Superapp, takes you to a service with its own privacy policy.
5. Your choices and local data
You can play without creating an account. To stop anonymous app reports, turn off “Share anonymous usage” in Settings. Deleting the app removes its local saved data; copies in Apple-managed backups may remain under your backup settings. Removing the app can also remove your game progress, so do not do this merely to troubleshoot a puzzle.
6. Contact and changes to this policy
If you contact us by email, we will receive the information you choose to include and use it to respond. Do not send passwords, financial information, or unnecessary personal details.
For privacy questions, email [email protected].
This page will be updated if the app’s data practices change.
